Appointments during the day can be face to face or online, appointments in the evenings are currently being held online only.
Most clients value seeing their counsellor once a week for an hour, at least initially.
However, for people whose working hours vary or whose lifestyle makes it difficult to maintain such a pattern I am happy to try to make arrangements which are convenient to us both.
My work with clients ranges from a few sessions to longer term counselling. I do not have fixed ideas about this and will work with you to decide how many sessions are appropriate.
The ending of our work together is important, so I will agree a process with you to ensure a helpful conclusion.
