I am a qualified, friendly, professional supervisor. I am based in Sidmouth, East Devon and within easy reach of Honiton, Axminster, Seaton, Lyme Regis, Ottery St Mary, Beer, Branscombe, Budleigh Salterton, Woodbury and Exmouth. I also offer online supervision via Skype or Zoom.
My aim is to work collaboratively with you to support your practice in a constructive, relaxed learning environment. I work with individuals or groups whose approach is person centred or pluralistic, and who are experienced or newly qualified.
I will offer the opportunity to talk about client work, explore interventions and also thoughts and emotions in response to the client and our working relationship. We can also consider aspects of further training and review CPD. I use the seven eyed supervision model to aid me in this process.
I provide clinical supervision for counsellors and for other practitioners & professionals who are interested in supervision - whether they are therapists, clinicians, educators or care staff from other fields of work or disciplines. Both my Clinical and Supervisory practice is informed by the BACP’s Ethical Framework & Professional Guidelines.
